All clients intending to use our services will be over the legal age. ServicesCraig Thomas Online Ltd provides Webflow and Shopify websites using software that works for businesses to create new leads.The process can take up to 8 – 12 weeks depending on the size of the project, should it take longer then you will be notified. If you opt for Webflow CMS hosting, then you will have access to the control panel whereby you have the option to edit the content. However, if you do not want to update your web content then we can make the changes for you.Property and the responsibilities of Craig Thomas Online Ltd Craig Thomas Online Ltd are the owners of the Webflow, Shopify, the software, and hosting subscriptions. All websites will include your company name, service trademarks, company logo, and contact details.Craig Thomas Online Ltd will not all anything or information that is illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminatory, threatening to any person or group, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading information will be stored on our system as this will not constitute as confidential information. The information will be made available to the Police and any other law enforcement agent(s) and the website will be removed immediately.Clients using our website services will submit true, accurate, current, and complete information. If the information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete then we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any/ all current or future requirements of our services.All business clients will be asked to read and sign Craig Thomas Online Ltd Web Design & Development Agreement which will outline the scope of work as to the services we will be providing over a specific time. Craig Thomas Online Ltd have a duty to ensure that our system(s) are secure so therefore any issues you will be notified.
